Article 1 - Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all bookings made on Oxygium.com for sports equipment rental or guide/instructor booking.
Article 2 - Booking and Payment
Booking is effective after confirmation and online payment via Stripe. A deposit pre-authorization may be applied.
Article 3 - Cancellation
Default policy: 7+ days = full refund, 3-7 days = 75%, 1-3 days = 50%, less than 24h = no refund.
Article 4 - Commission
Oxygium.com charges: 8% on equipment, 12% on guides, 10% on packs.
